I consider my role to be that of: Consultant, Confidante, Encourager, Inspirer, Organizer.

I have a master’s degree in project management from The Citadel, bachelor’s degree in medical technology and clinical science from Michigan State University.

Our non-monetory business resources – people, processes, systems – are the resources that make or break the health of our practices.  They must be cared for, but with more and more demands on healthcare, caring for these VERY IMPORTANT resources often gets put on the back burner to tend to more urgent needs.  Synergy ResourceCare can help care for these resources while the urgent things are tended to by the practice owner,  office manager, and other staff members.  Working together we can develop an extremely healthy practice – engaging and retaining staff, creating time, reducing errors, providing high quality patient services – a practice healthier than either one of us could create on our own.
